Yes, we provide initial and on-going training to your initial Operating Partner and your initial General Manager or Assistant Manager at no additional charge.

There is a fee of 1% of your Gross Sales for local advertising and cooperatives. Payments for local advertising expenses will be paid to local advertisers, except that if we establish and administer an advertising Cooperative in your area then the contributions to the Cooperative may be paid to us. Typically, local advertising payments are due when billed by the local advertiser. A 2% of your Gross Sales is required for a Brand Marketing Fund payable weekly at the same time royalties are due. We reserve the right to change the payment schedule upon 30 days’ notice to you.

The initial term of the Los Chilakillers franchise agreement is 10 years.
